Life by Design Coaching Sessions™ will help you explore and transform your life within 90 days! During your weekly 60-minute coaching sessions, we help you focus on creating a new reality for your life, career, or business.
Self-Discovery Coaching Sessions™
Self-Discovery Coaching Sessions™ provide clients with 30-minute coaching sessions where we help you discover new opportunities for personal and professional growth. Self-Discovery sessions are designed to help you move closer to the fulfilling, enjoyable, and success-oriented life you long to experience.
Laser Coaching Sessions
Laser Coaching Sessions are short 15-minute coaching sessions that are designed to help you when you need coaching between your scheduled sessions. Laser sessions are available to Life by Design or Self-Discovery coaching clients only.
eCoaching
eCoaching is a subscription service that provides clients with the convenience of coaching via email. eCoaching is designed for the client who enjoys a highly-mobile lifestyle or desires a less structured approach to coaching.
eCoach Plus Coaching Sessions™
eCoach Plus Coaching Sessions™ allow clients to enjoy the flexibility and convenience of coaching via email, while retaining the “’personal touch” that comes with the live coaching experience. This package offers clients four eCoach exchanges plus one coaching session via phone each month.
eCoach Classic Coaching Sessions™
eCoach Classic Coaching Sessions™ provide clients the ability to focus on their identified dreams and goals while maintaining the flow of a mobile lifestyle. eCoach Classic offers clients four eCoach exchanges each month.

Pledge of Ethics As a professional coach, I acknowledge and agree to honor my ethical obligations, to my coaching clients and colleagues and to the public-at-large. I pledge to comply with the ICF Code of Ethics, to treat people with dignity as independent and equal human beings, and to model these standards with those whom I coach. If I breach this Pledge of Ethics or any part of the ICF Code of Ethics, I agree that the ICF in its sole discretion may hold me accountable for so doing. I further agree that my accountability to the ICF for any breach may include loss of my ICF membership and/or my ICF credentials.
